What is GRT Summit?

The GRT Summit is not your typical “Transactional” Optometric CE Meeting where you pay your registration fee, attend the meetings, and leave with only a CE certificate.

The GRT Summit is a one-of-a-kind, invitation only, collaborative meeting of Independent minded ODs.

2. Strategies to Retain your 5 star patients, Retain your key team members, and Retain more of your profits.
3. Strategies to Transition your practice, including incorporating new technology, new procedures, and new products.
4. Strategies to Transition your practice by cultivating an associate and nurturing that associate into a partnership.
5. Enrollment in a GRT Mastermind group of 8-10 like-minded ODs to challenge you and to hold you accountable for practice implementation and change.
6. Enrollment in a GRT Analytics program to monitor growth.
7. Implementation plan for post-meeting success.
8. Schedule for follow up virtual or live meting at the 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month intervals following the summit, to encourage implementation and change.
9. Entry into intra-office games to challenge and reward transition and growth.
